I cannot download Netflix on Xbox 360 again

Discus and support I cannot download Netflix on Xbox 360 again in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I had Netflix on my xbox 360 console and it started acting up and xbox support suggest that I delete the app and reinstall.     I cannot download Netflix on Xbox 360 again


    I had Netflix on my xbox 360 console and it started acting up and xbox support suggest that I delete the app and reinstall. Now I cannot download Netflix again, it just downloads to 79% and goes back to 0. Under storage, games and apps I find Netflix with yellow exclamation and I either get an incomplete installation or it says that it is corrupted. Please help, nothing that was suggested by xbox support help up to now, I did all the troubleshooting suggestions

    netflix is not working on 360 console why?

    Netflix service is still current on Xbox 360. I would try to delete the app and download it again.

    Netflix is working for me again. Not sure if this was the Xbox update or not, but Netflix works for me. I still cannot play DVDs however. I get audio but no picture.

    Just a general question

    Your xbox 360 games will not transfer. I had to re-download Netflix (though it downloaded in a few seconds).

    I am having the same problem. I have deleted netflix and cleaned the cach. I can download other apps. I am connected to xbox live. When I attempt to download netflix again it gives me a moment of the active downloads screen then says "Cant download Netflix"
    with no error code.

    Is there any way I can use Netflix though Internet Explorer instead of using the App?

    I have a Netflix membership already but it is not associate to the same person who is associated to Live Gold membership. This is why I use Netflix though IE instead of using the Xbox 360 Netflix app.

    Each time I try to access Netflix though IE (not through the App) I'm prompted to enable ActiveX but I cannot find a way to perform that activation in the Xbox 360.

    Can you recommend any solution?
