I cannot download games because Xbox won't allow it. Should I cancel my subscription?

Once you hit 18, it becomes an adult account automatically. Just make sure your birthday on the account is correct.

In this situation, the best course of action is to contact Support and provide the necessary information to validate your date of birth.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

It still won't allow me to download the profile because it says there is a system update available from Xbox Live, but I cannot connect to Live, therefore I cannot download the update. What should I do? Any help appreciated.

I just cancelled my subscription because of all the hacks and cheaters. I won't pay another dime for xbox live.

So, just to be clear, I won't be able to download any region locked games because the 3 regions have to match (console region, account region AND physical region)?

Well, that really sucks. I'm cancelling my gold subscription.

I do not wish to cancel my gold subscription because if it is not causing the problem they said that they cannot reactivated. Support said that I should wait for it to expire and try again. So I guess that is what I will do.
