I cannot download Forza Horizon 5 on Xbox Game Pass PC. Please Help.

I'm not sure if you read my post properly. I've done this multiple times and it had not effect. Additionally, I hate Xbox app and anything it runs with because it never works right. But I am paying for it and I want to be able to use it.
