I cannot download a profile onto xbox 360 from xbox one s.

Tried xbox phone support after finally navigating their really awful support page. Tech said it's an account problem and not a console problem and he couldn't help but would transfer me to the right department then hung up on me. Can't get back through at all.

I cannot log into my profile on 360 cloud from my xbox one s. When I click download profile it tells me it cannot connect to xbox live. I'm looking for Xbox to actually support me and help fix this.

Please, no nonsense about an internet connection or clearing the local 360 cache. All troubleshooting has been done.

And by the way, it would be way more helpful for customers to just call a customer service number. For all microsoft is worth and the thousands I have spent on xbox products I sure don't feel like you want to help me.

Yes. I can log in there, but need to log onto to the xbox 360 to play games and access other apps. I cannot download the profile onto the xbox 360.

Please try the steps below to sort out the issue.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ...

Select Settings.

Select System and then select Storage.

Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.

Select Yes and restart the console.

Got it fixed finally. You have to lie in the ridiculous support questionnaire to find some way to get a phone call.

As far as the fix is concerned, change dns to 111.111.111.111 and 1.0.0.1. Then clear alternate mac address and restart console.

Well one battlefield 1 is NOT an xbox 360 game

Therefore cannot be claimed on the xbox 360 or downloaded onto it

You have to download from the websiteas the 360 doesnt have access to the xbox one marketplace
