I cannot delete or update a game.when I download something it appears blank without a name!

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hi, These updates do not appear in my history and cannot be deleted. I also tried using cmd but it cannot be deleted.

Bought & downloaded. Running without problems thus far.

Curiously, on the games marketplace on the console, the game didn't appear in the Deals of the Week section - there was a suspiciously blank box instead. I found it manually (and it was at the DOTW price)

With with the blank box and the unavailable trial, there's probably something buggy happening somewhere. I'm assuming they forgot to make the trial available or they accidentally made the game available.

I have already downloaded it.The main Issue is that I'm unable to launch the Content from the game.When I go to download History I have 2 Option , to download again the Content or to Start the Game.When I select to start the Content , I got a Message that
I should start the game First .I start the game but invain as when I go to Marketplace , The option to start the game is dimmed.

Please advise how to Fix the Issue.
