I cannot convert my reward points to Microsoft points

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Otherwise, credits are deposited by the following 15th
or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

As Smwutches says, since your Credit events happened on the 10th, you should expect the deposit to occur at the end of the month.

No. Microsoft Points was a prepaid card system and could later (after points had been discontinued) be redeemed for 0,012EUR a point.

800 Points was converted on redemption to 9,60EUR, 2100 Points to 25,20EUR, 4200 to 50,40EUR
