    I cannot connect to my network, as I am already connected to another, and I cannot change...


    I am currently connected to a network that is part of a business, I recently got my own wifi so I dont need to use theirs (as its incredibly slow).

    I cannot connect to my own network, as if I attempt to go online to change it via settings the Xbox Update prompts to quick before I can do anything. I cannot update my xbox, as the network I am currently connected to is way to slow and unresponsive almost.
    The only option i have then is "skip update and go offline" which if I do, I wont be able to change my network until I go back online. It honestly sounds silly and stupid, I am sure there is a way around this but to let you know of the following:

    I cannot restart the router the business uses. I am authorized to use their wifi, though I cannot go and shut it off myself (to disconnect it from my xbox).

    I cannot update my xbox with that network. I have left it on for 2 hours, it didnt even reach 1 percent. And trust me when I say I have been trying to update it many many times so its not an issue with the update itself.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Still having random connection problems. It seems I cannot connect via Xbox if I am already logged onto the network via Computer (?). Going to explore some more, and maybe try some of the suggestions from ZeroThunder.
