I cannot connect to game servers (ubisoft)

Discus and support I cannot connect to game servers (ubisoft) in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Ive powered down the console and I have internet.     Try reinstalling the game, if that dosin’t work, then it’s likely Ubisoft’s servers being overwelmed due to traffic

    Check if the games servers are down. Just do a simple google search and if they are down try waiting a few hours and try again. If the servers are up try contacting Ubisoft support.

    i see no point in starting ubisoft games within gamepass app/xbox app when you have to have ubisoft connect installed and all xbox app does is launch the games within the ubisoft app. as with EA games you will not get achievements and it uses the ubisoft servers.

    This happens as the game is trying to connect to Ubisoft servers which are overloaded with players. As players change games/Ubisoft adds more capacity you should notice this hanging behaviour disappear.
