I cannot connect to COD servers

So what the headline says. I cannot connect to COD servers. I've tried getting a call from Microsoft but they continously hang up lol. I've tried everything. Reset my modem. Opened ports. Deleted and re installed the game. I mean everything. I've hard wired in. I can play every other game online just not warzone. I don't know if they are making you pay now or something but I just can't connect to their servers. Can anyone please help me ? It won't let upload the photos of everything but it shows I'm fully online and everything.

I'm sorry you have this problem, researching on the internet I was able to find that in the forum, the independent advisor Gerardo, recommends the following steps for a solution.

Please ask your friend to try the following procedure:

1. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely (keep your finger on the button even if the light has gone out before the 10 seconds are up, until the ).

2. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

4. Check if the problem persists.

Cannot connect to Black ops server either. The Black Ops site says the server is up... but I cannot connect in game. Though I can access other Xbox Live stuff, just not CoD: BO. Please someone look into fixing this, thanks.

I'm having the same problem. Can anyone tell what to do?

and my NAT is just fine, cause I can play any other game online. eccept for COD BO.....

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP US!!!!

I do not think there would be that many people on COD 3 unfortunately. I believe that the servers for COD 3 were shut down a while ago, this would be causing a problem for you as well. I do not know anything about your internet connection unfortunately,
so I cannot say if that would be causing a problem either.

Hey there G27AR - since this is an older thread, it's unlikely your issue is related. Can you post a new thread after reviewing the START HERE sticky, and trying it's suggestions? Make sure to include the information in bold about your network hardware.
