I cannot claim Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perks.

May I know what specific game pass perks are you referring to? Claimed and redeemed Perks remain yours, including third-party Perks and in-game Perks for Game Pass games. If your only access to a game with an in-game Perk was through Ultimate, you’ll need another way to access it. Once your Ultimate subscription expires, you won’t see new Perks, or Perks you’ve claimed in the Perks gallery, so make sure redeem them first. Yet, the official press release says that doesn't matter.

"Whether you claimed the previous Disney+ Perk or not, Ultimate members who do not currently have an active Disney+ subscription will be eligible to claim the 30-day subscription trial through the Perks Gallery on their Xbox console, on the Xbox app for Windows PC, or through the Xbox Game Pass mobile app on iOS and Android."

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Apparently, it's a general problem, I've had this error for days, and my alternative is to use the Xbox game pass app on my smartphone to be able to claim my perks. I've tried numerous solutions too, I believe this can only be resolved with an update from Microsoft.

I suggest you report this issue to the Xbox team, I did the same, I hope they solve it. You may be reporting this issue via the link below.

NOTE: Only some perks can be claimed by the Xbox game pass mobile app.

- At the moment, the only solution is to use a smartphone to redeem the perks.

Are you currently subscribed to an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription? Those may be one of its perks on mobile.

Please open your Xbox Game Pass app on your phone and go to the Library section (book icon) below to see your available perks for claim.
