    have 0x80bd0014 as an error message

    have error message 0x80bd0014 and can't access privacy settings on the xbox. can't add a friend. xbox.com/errorhelp does not recognise the error.

    Can you help?

    I cannot change the privacy and security on-line, the error is 0x80bd0014

    I'm having the exact same problem. I cannot access my online settings or my privacy setting without getting this code. Even to access my game share games I'm getting an error code. Think there must be an issue on Xbox side, hopefully by tomorrow there will
