    I cannot change my Xbox profile picture on the desktop app.


    I can't seem to change the profile picture (even cant upload custom profile picture) on the desktop app

    Error message says:
    Looks like you're stranded...
    There might be a problem with the app. Try it again in a while.

    The issue still hasn't fixed, if the mobile app can do that with no problem, why can't the dekstop app do that too?

    As I have checked, changing Gamerpic is only available at this time on Xbox mobile app or on the Xbox console. For your reference, you can check this link:

    Can't sign in

    I bought reckless racing too, but cannot play it due to the same problem. Also, I'm not able to login to other xbox enabled apps, but the xbox app itself connects to my profile. I'm running windows 8.1 on a gaming desktop.

    Not really i don't use the Xbox app but i got the onedrive app both on Xbox one and my phone i could upload them from the onedrive app on my phone to the Xbox one onedrive app i changed mine here though i did change mine on the Xbox one with the Godzilla
    picture as my custom profile picture they would also be on the photos app under collection album
