I cannot change my privacy settings for Xbox even though I am the family organizer!

After entering, click the profile picture in the upper right corner, and choose "Xbox Profile", then on the next page click on "Privacy Settings" and will open the "Privacy & online safety" page.

Make the changes you want and click save at the bottom of the page.

The website doesn't allow me to access the privacy page. It keeps redirecting me to this page: Why can’t I change my privacy settings? | Xbox Support

I even removed myself from the family group and got a confirming email.

When you sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings to manage your settings, are you being sent to an Xbox Support site? If yes, this may mean that the system detects that you're still not old enough even if you're an organizer.

If you're still not old enough, an adult guardian or parent needs to manage your account and privacy settings. They'll need to add you as a member of their family group by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/family/home, once you're added they should be able to sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings to manage your settings for you, Rudra.

For some reason i cannot change my privacy settings on my main account. I have checked my family settings and it says i am not part of a family to my knowledge.

I am never able to change my settings PLEASE HELP

I’ve tried going into my privacy settings but they’re all allowing everything to happen and when I recently changed my account to be a family organizer so I can change settings. But whatever I do it doesn’t allow me to purchase the map packs within the game. Even though I have them after buying the Season Pass.
