I cannot change my account privacy

It's possible that your account might be on "Lock Down." Here is a link about changing online safety and privacy settings through the Xbox One:

support.xbox.com/.../cannot-change-my-privacy-settings . This is for doing it on a computer:

support.xbox.com/.../manage-privacy-safety-online .

I have set the every Privacy and Online settings to
allow or everyone,both in my account and parent account,it still no work

I also cannot seem to remove the child protection on my account. My browser will not let me log into my live account when I try and change my privacy settings.

For some reason i cannot change my privacy settings on my main account. I have checked my family settings and it says i am not part of a family to my knowledge.

But also whenever i click on my privacy settings for my xbox it takes me to this page instead: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4026796/microsoft-account-change-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings

I am never able to change my settings PLEASE HELP
