I cannot cancel my subscription, I also want a refund

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you want to cancel a subscription. When cancelling a subscription, you need to turn off the auto renew first. Once that is off, then a subscription can be cancelled. Here is a guide to turn
off recurring charge.

Its best to actually just turn off autorenewal

If you had prepaid months upgraded to ultimate then turn off autorenewal

One you wouldnt get the upgraded .months back as gold as per the free upgrade aggreement

2 really REALLY ? Is 1 dolllar really a concern?

If you have upgradrd months you lose those for the 1 dollsr refund and no you dont get reimbursed for it as per the agreement

Plus it can take 72 hours for ms to issue the refund snd if it is thru a creditcsrd it csn take upto 30 days for your bank to proccess it

And 15 a month only applies after your upgraded time

You are better off using that month and wait out the autorenewal as long as its turned off

I did the refund form in I also want the subscription cancel I cancel it the other night but it's still up there today because they want that money

You could also try to refund the subscription and purchase it again after the refund. To cancel a subscription and ask for a refund, please go to:

- Select Manage next to the subscription you want to cancel.

- Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing.

- Select Cancel immediately and get a refund.

month to month subscriptions cannot be refunded they can be cancelled but not refunded
