    I cannot buy xbox content on xbox website


    I have a teen account, and despite my parental settings saying I can purchase things on the website, I cannot buy anything. A message pops up saying I cannot purchase the content because I have a teen account, but on the console, I can still buy the same
    content without any problem (has nothing to do with ratings as settings allow that as well). Even though it seems like buying things on the console seems like the resolution, I mainly want to purchase things on the website because I want to reserve Xbox One
    content. Not just the Games for Gold content, but for offers like "limited time FREE DLC" or an arcade game. Like I said my parental settings allow for any purchases made on the console and website but I cannot purchase things on the website. Can this be
    resolved?

    You'll have to buy the game on here,
    the website    , or on a Xbox 360. You cannot purchase Xbox 360 content through Xbox One.

    Media capabilities of the Xbox one is appalling, you cannot plug in a USB drive and play back media files, and you cannot use the xbox one to play content from a DNLA media server instead you have to push content to it. So if you have a media server you have to use another device i.e laptop/tablet/phone to pull the content from the server and push it to the xbox one.

    Also the xbox one does not play back 4K video (H264) in .MP4 container, I can push 4k video from a smartphone (snapdragon 800) to a pc running windows media player fine, but not to the xbox one.

    Talk about going next gen, they seriously crippled the media capabilities of this system, most probably so you buy/rent content from the xbox one video market place.

    All content you buy at Xbox Live is associated to your Xbox Live account. This content cannot be transfered to other accounts, unfortunatelly.
