I cannot buy something on the xbox gamepass app

I suggest that you try the following steps to resolve this issue:

1. Check if you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account. If not, sign out and sign in with the correct account.
   
2. Verify that your payment method is up-to-date and valid.
   

You may need to change your region in the app settings or in your Microsoft account settings. You may also need to update your billing address and payment option to match your new region.

To change region in Xbox Game Pass, follow the steps below:

1. To quickly access various settings and features, press the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the guide.
   
2. Find the "Profile & System" section in the Xbox guide by navigating to the right side of the screen. When the menu displays, highlight this choice and choose "Settings" from the list.
   
3. When you reach the "System" area, continue to scroll through the list of settings options.
   
4. Select Language & location: Scroll down to the "Language & location" option in the System settings menu.
   
5. Locate and pick the "Location" option under the Language & Location options.
   
6. Choose the one that corresponds to the region you want by carefully reviewing the drop-down menu's list of available regions.
   
   The Language region of the console will immediately change to reflect the choice once you've made it.
   
7. Select the option to restart your console to complete the region change. By doing this, the new region settings will be applied. Your console will display the newly chosen region after rebooting.

I have not bought the DLC it says they are included with gamepass.

On the xbox app it says it is included with gamepass. And when i click on the DLC i cant install it only buy it.

I have this issue too with my Xbox One X and the Android GamePass app. This used to work however something must have changed in either my Dashboard (Preview Alpha) or the Android app. Strangely enough, the Android GamePass app is able to uninstall items
on my console and record the installation progress when I manually install GamePass games on my console.

I have reported this issue both on the GamePass app and via console Insider Hub report feature.
