    I can't buy any games for Xbox 360 from https://marketplace.xbox.com/, from the Xbox One / Xbox Series store I can buy normal, but on the Xbox 360 I get those errors.

    I want to buy there because there are Xbox 360 games that are not backward compatible and are not there or also because for some reason the price is different, so I want to buy there, even a few months ago I could buy normal, but these last 5 days I have been trying and I have not been able to buy anything.

    Yes, I have already contacted support and first they told me to remove the payment method and wait 24 hours, nothing, then it was my bank's problem, I spoke to my bank and everything was fine, then to try incognito mode, another browser and nothing.

    I seriously think it is a worldwide platform problem because I told a friend to try (to see if it was just an error in my account) and he got the same error, I created another account to test and the same problem.
