    I’m on my xbox , trying to add my paypal so i can buy something in game. I’ve made sure every single letter is typed correctly , and yet it gives me the “Check your Paypal sign-in info for errors.” message , when i’ve already verified the information is correct

    Thanks. I have looked at the post and even changed my paypal email to match my profile details. Still no luck. I still cannot add Microsoft points. My accounts both PayPal and Xbox live are australian accounts and I am currently in Singapore.

    Same error message payment instrument cannot be authorized keeps popping up.

    That's odd, may I know if your PayPal account matches with your Microsoft account region?

    Check your region here: https://account.microsoft.com/profile

    For example, your PayPal account was created in USA, your Microsoft account region needs to be set on USA.

    If the region didn't match, probably that's the cause.

    Or, please try using another payment method (needs to meet the above criteria)
