Discus and support I cannot add my friend baxk in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; A while back, my friend blocked me because he was annoyed at me.     I cannot add my friend baxk


    A while back, my friend blocked me because he was annoyed at me. He recently unblocked me and added me to his friend list. However, I cannot add him. It gives me “Sorry, we can’t save your changes right now.” on my Xbox One X, and “Couldn’t add user to friend
    list.” on Xbox app (iOS). Can you help?

    Hi there!

    I'm sorry to hear that this issue is persisting. I recommend
    removing your profile from the console    , then restart the Xbox and remove the power cable for a few minutes. Once the Xbox turns back on, add your profile and let it sync with Xbox live and then see if you can add him as a friend.

    Let us know if this works.

    I would just like to add that from firsthand experience, Xbox Live may have had a hiccup and for some reason thinks one of you have the other blocked still. I would recommend to both of you to block, unblock, and add each other back.

    I cannot add my friend baxk

    My problem is that he isn't on my friend list. Due to a glitch of some sort, he was removed from my friend list after he blocked me and I can't add him back. I am on his friend list, but when I add him, it says "Sorry, we can't save your changes right
    now. Try again in a while."
