    I cannot add another account to my xbox


    When I try to add an account to my xbox, it starts to load, then loads for about 8 minutes then returns to the sign in menu. I have already power cycled ad all of that.

    Follow this step and try again, please.

    Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

    Thanks Bate. As Mister Gwyther mentioned, the only way you can add his account to your Family Plan is if his account is on the same console as yours. Just to clarify, what exactly happens when your son's account is on your console? Does his account show
    up in the list? Do you get an error trying to add him? Thanks!
