    I cannot access xbox networking and xbox console companion in Windows 11


    I installed Windows 11 recently, and was enjoying Forza Horizon 5 and one day i couldn't access online to play with friends.

    I reinstalled xbox and whole game but it wasn't fixed.

    I searched for solution and i found that I have to adjust network setting in xbox networking but I couldn't find none.

    I cannot undo Windows update and I heard console comanion is no more available.

    what can I do fot this problem

    go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking. If you’re having a similar problem on Windows 11, open the Xbox Console Companion app, select Settings, and then select the Network tab

    Hello JWingZ1,

    Windows 10 Xbox Network can be accessible to PC Settings and the same with Xbox Console. However, Xbox Network for Windows 11 can only be seen on Xbox Console Companion. We need to ensure that we can access the Xbox Network because your error message says about multiplayer.

    Multiplayer mode in any game related to Xbox will not work if NAT Type is restricted or moderate and especially if it have an error message.

    Xbox Console Companion cannot be searched on Microsoft Store however, you can follow the link we provided earlier.

    Xbox Console Companion - Microsoft Store Apps

    Select Get in Store app and it should take you to this small prompt. Then, select Install to start downloading.

    On your PC Settings (press Windows key and i on keyboard simultaneously), look for Game Mode and turn it off and on.

    Restart your computer and update us on how it went.
