I cannot access my subscription on my microsoft account.

support.xbox.com to get the payment issues resolved.

There is only 1 account in question and this is the one I was logged into where it shows two subscriptions (Xbox & EA Access) charging. I am not aware of any other account with Microsoft that exists but perhaps if I could actually find/contact someone in
MS Support, I might be able to find out where the second charge for EA Access is coming from.

So the problem is:

1) my son only has 1 account with Microsoft

2) on this account, I can see 2 subscriptions

3) in my bank account, I can see 3 subscription deductions

4) I cannot access anyone in microsoft to find out how or why the second charge for EA Access is being applied or where it is coming from

So as I've said, this most certainly appears to be a DOUBLE charge being applied from Microsoft and because I cannot contact anyone in Microsoft to investigate, it looks like I will have to take this problem elsewhere and contact someone like Consumer Affairs
and make a formal complaint there.

If she still has access to the account, the subscription can be cancelled from account.microsoft.com

Simply head to Services & subscriptions, then turn off auto renewal for the subscription.

If she cannot access the account, you'll need to contact your bank to cancel the charges; Microsoft can only assist if you have access to the account.

My Microsoft account has:

Xbox Live Gold

EA Access on XBox

Both paid subscriptions.

My son has his Microsoft account:

Family share my Xbox live Gold

he has access to the EA Games I have downloaded but cannot get multiplayer access with his free EA Games account. Such as Mirrors Edge 2, he can play but cannot get extra options "shared".

I'm asking if that is a possibility to login into EA Games under my sons Xbox/Microsoft login to give him access without causing any conflict in licensing.

Just seems confusing in that nothing is clearly stated in the official offerings around this capability. So I'm trying to get clarity. Again thanks for the help and deciphering all of this.

Thanks for the help but the problem is I don’t have access to the emails that now owns my Microsoft accounts as I got hacked meaning I can’t access the hackers email to get my account back therefore can’t cancel the subscription and it’s not letting me dispute the last Microsoft subscription????
