I cannot access my perks in Xbox live rewards nor get my level 4 VIP back.

We see that you claimed your perk successfully yesterday. Additionally, you have never been a 4 star member. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for
your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. There you will see that you have never
had any MyVIP payback of any kind due to never having any MyVIP stars.

I noticed I didn't get any VIP rewards then went to the marketplace last night and saw that there was the VIP add-on that wasn't downloaded. So I downloaded it.

Nothing happened in the game, so I quit the game and restarted.

Then ALL OF MY TOKENS were gone.

I now have 0, instead of the measly 25 that I had. Nor do I have the VIP reward. Nor do I show as a VIP on any leaderboards. I can't do the VIP race. I don't get increased EXP.

This is pretty weak

Again I comment xbox is for young people and children, they just want to have fun.

If at 33 years of age, uploading my gamscore motivated me to get pearls.

They implement the same in the new rewards access your levels of My Challenges, MyStats, MyAchievements or Xbox Live Rewards VIP badges after July 15, 2018.

The Microsoft Rewards program only has 2 levels. They don't have VIP stars like the Xbox Rewards program had. On the rewards site if you press status it will show your level information and if you click on "See my level benefits" it will show you what's
available at each level.

Hi DDXDB. Xbox Live Rewards does not have a VIP Diamond level for members. We checked your purchases for MyVIP Star level and you currently do not have any qualifying purchases made in your Xbox Live Rewards region. We do see purchases made in a different
region, but that does not get calculated since it is outside of your Rewards region. To get progress, you'll need to either change your Rewards region, or make purchases in your Rewards region.
