    I cannot access my hogwarts legacy game.


    So, I pre ordered hogwarts legacy deluxe addition. And was able to download and play the game about a week ago on my Xbox one. I got on to play this morning and it was saying that I needed to insert a disc. I tried restarting my Xbox and signing out and back into my account. I went to uninstall and re download the game. When I noticed that I owned the Xbox x/s series, and not the deluxe edition. So it wouldn’t allow me to play on my Xbox one. It also says that I own some of the dark arts add ons. But not the deluxe addition. Guessing this is just a bug that’ll be fixed soon. Just wanted to help get the message out there that we need help! I’m so sad that I lost the game!! I was into it!

    Perfect! Now please remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

    "REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    So, I followed this link. I looked at my entire order history. And the only thing on there was a season of black clover. There’s no record of any of the games I’ve purchased.
