I cannot access any of my xbox games both disc and digital. (xbox one) help

If you are using an external hard drive, unplug it and don't plug it back, and restart your console.

If that doesn't work, I would suggest that you perform a factory reset.

It will refresh your system and delete any corrupted files that are causing issues.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- On the Reset your console screen: Select "Reset and keep my games & apps".

You will have to sign in again.

Well the other benefit is supposedly you can sign on on any xbox one and have access to your digital library.

I am conflicted with the whole disc vs digital. I am not that lazy that I cannot pop in a disc but I want all the benefits of the digital games.

Meh if I can get the games I want at best buy in disc I will get them otherwise I will give digital a go

Let's say I purchase an Xbox One game digitally, does that game get added to a library where up to ten members in a family can access it? I understand that if I buy a disc I can resell it but I cannot resell a digital purchase.



If I know that I will have the benefits of adding a title to a library that up to ten members in a family can access then I might buy most if not all of my games digitally. If those benefits are still available then I would want to wait to buy a Xbox One
game through Xbox Live instead of buying it as a disc.

Only the digital version of Forza Horizon 3, bought on Xbox One, would allow you to also download the game on Windows 10. It is a Play Anywhere title, meaning that when bought (digitally) on one platform it's accessible on both.

This offer does not extend to disc-based copies of the game.
