    but i cannot use because ask me for confirmation of the email but that email its no longer available and now i have another *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** i make a new account on xbox live with gamer tag but i acannot acces to my old saves games or redownload the games
    i buy with the other account because dont let me in

    yes, thanks, y've tried that, but it my windows live acount my birthday is not specified, when i created my xbox live acc. i had to put my birth day, so, i can't find it

    2,000+ of my MS points EXPIRED?! WHAT?!

    Ok, so if I got this right.. you got your acount hacked, AND XBOX RAN A Unauthorized Access.. It was determined that you were hacked.. my question is did they put the points on your acc, or email you a prepaid code.. prepaid codes will not expire.. If anyone
    puts the points on your acc, they will expire.. need to used as soon as possable, if points expire there is nothing that can be done.

    If you want to change the email associated with your old gamertag then follow the instructions

    here

    Game saves are tied to the account that created them & can not be moved between accounts.

    Only the account the purchased digital content can download it again so you will need to change to email address linked to your old account & sign in with that.
