I cancelled the Elder Scrolls Skyrim SE and my Xbox One deleted it without my knowledge

I was recently updating the Elder Scrolls V Skyrim special edition on my Xbox one when I cancelled the update to see if I could sync my game save that I have played completely offline for the past 3 months (258+ hours) and in doing so my Xbox One uninstalled
the game without my knowledge.

And now with my 200+ hour game save data has been erased from my console and is not showing up in my "manage game & add-ons" section under the game.

And to be clear let me give you a full backstory if it helps I haven't had Wi-Fi in the past four or five months and over that span of time I had purchased the Elder Scrolls V Skyrim special edition for Xbox One roughly two months ago and played it offline
without internet connection and just today (08/02/2018 1:00AM) I decided to put up a mobile hotspot to sync my game saves and possibly update to the latest version of Skyrim and in doing so I had a lot apps such as YouTube, Kodi, Twitch, Upload Studio, Microsoft
Store and Xbox Insider Hub trying to install and I didn't want to go through cancelling each and every single one because my hotspot speed is a steady 2.5Mb/s and so instead I cancelled all the updates and it just so happens that in doing so any Xbox One game
that is trying to update and you cancel said update the Xbox One takes it upon itself to delete/uninstall that game and that's what just happened and after waiting almost an hour for Xbox customer support to finish helping the 36 other people in front of me
the Support Tech could not do anything but to refer me to this thread which doesn't help me at all. Achievement Unlocking Issues? -- CHECK HERE!!

If anyone has any help with this I would be grateful to hear what you have to say and if you took the time to read all this I thank you in advance.

you can install some xbox one games without internet fall out 4 elder scrolls skyrim and skip the update or do it later

 

DLC question

my neighbor purchased elder scrolls skyrim legendary collection today. He said i could borrow disc 2 and install the dlc to my xbox and use it with my standard skyrim without purchasing the dlc. Is this true and if it is would it be against xbox live
TOS to use the dlc since I haven't paid for it?

 

I’m not sure what I deleted your game and saves if you were just canceling the update.

As far as recovering your game saves, I don’t think you can unless they we’re synced to the cloud. I’m not sure what support can do for you here.

I’d sync my saves once every few days if possible.
