i canceled a pre order and it said i got refunded earlier today but never got my money back...

You don't get a refund straight away. it takes a few days depending on who your bank is, and any other financial institutions you are with.

It charged my card for the pre-order back in september. It took 105.99 dollars out of my bank account. My order was canceled as you said within 10 days. But i never got my money back. There is money i need to be refunded. I had to buy the game again. Spending over 210 dollars

You are sure it was for this game and not another game? As stated previously if you pre-ordered using a credit/debit card or PayPal back in September then they would not have charged you in September. They would have only attempted to charge you within the last 10 days and if they could not charge you then the order would be cancelled.

What does your order history for the pre-order show. Does it show "completed" or does it show "cancelled/declined".

I pre-ordered mine from an online retailer for overnight delivery? an It didn't they said it got cancelled,I payed the extra $9 for overnight purilator, So I got on the phone an Demanded a refund to my credit card, should be refunded in 3 days they told
me yesterday, I just got that copy in my snail mail today! Im gonna hold on to it an see IF that refund goes through. ;]
