I can`t run new instaled games

Hello,

i can´t run any game witch i bought. For example -

LEGO Star Wars: TCS - show loading screen and then game go back to menu. There is no error, or nothing else - why ? Is there some logs ? where i cant find whats happen ?

Disneyland Adventures - after game is runnign, you cant select the save slot and then game show loading... loading... .and still loading.... whats happen ?

GAME INSTALED DONT OPEN ON PC

HI,

I HAVE INSTALED FORZA HORIZON 4 AND STATE OF DECAY, BUT BOTH DONT OPEN THE GAME ON PC, THEY WERE INSTALED AND APEARS ON MY GAMES, BUT DONT OPEN OR UNINSTALL, WHAT CAN I DO??

State of Decay 2 WONT OPEN PLEASE HELP!

Hello guys, i just bought state of decay 2 from windows store, i did download it, its says it is instaled, but when iclick to play i see the game opening i can see scren with logo of game but then it
shut down.

I tries many ways to make it work. The problem is it look like the game is not even instaled,

i went to path %localappdata%\Packages\

Hey there if you are on Xbox try to power cycle the console...

If this is not helpful... try to reinstall the game you want to play

You can also try t install the game your hard drive without the patch. This can sometimes help the game run a little smoother. It is not a guarenteed fix, but it will help your game load faster.

Having your disc drive running is probably overheating the console.

try installing your games to the hard drive so that the disc doesn`t run.

I don´t play dance games but I already know a lot of people that will run in the store for the new Zumba.

If its a full game download you don`t need the disc at all.

i wouldn`t bother installing the disc you have either ,prior to activating the code.

i can`t be sure ,but it may not allow you to install the download version if you already have the game installed on your drive.
