Discus and support I can`t reset the password of an from my xbox deleted account to buy some lootboxes in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I wanted to buy fifty lootboxes because the halloween horror-Event is running and i cant because when i bought my xbox, i`ve created a children...     I can`t reset the password of an from my xbox deleted account to buy some lootboxes


    I wanted to buy fifty lootboxes because the halloween horror-Event is running and i cant because when i bought my xbox, i`ve created a children account. The parent-acount i created to handle the childacount has been deleted. Now, i can`t get it back, because,
    when i wrote the emergency email-adress, i made a fail and when i wanted to take the other way, the almighty microsoft computer said:"Sorry, Informations are false, try it later again." So, does anyone know, what i can do, to get this account back?

    Hi, 2 months ago i´ve bought used Xbox S with Gold and EA premium Account. I used the Account of seller because of gold (there was no password) and added my Paypal account to buy some game. Now after some time the seller join this Account from other conzole
    and set up some password :-( So now i can´t join the Account and play the game and what is worse he bought another game from my paypal. Can I get the Account back? I´ve already change my Password to paypal. Thanks

    Changing Email without Email

    I know what the email is that is connected to the xbox account but that email has been deleted by the service provider for inactivity. The only thing I don't know is the password and I can't reset it because the email has been deleted. What I am wondering is if someone at Microsoft can change that email to my email that actually works so that I can reset the password similar to what they did with my Mojang account.

    I checked every account on my xbox for any history regarding overwatch, i cannot find any accounts that have the purchase itself on the history, all i can find are lootbox purchases and other game purchases.

    No.



    Your account should require your Windows Live ID password for access. If you for some reason set your profile at his house to save your password, change your Windows Live ID password and it will stop working at his house.

    You can't buy the skins directly with real money. Also all craftable skins are in the lootboxes now so better play the game and save up some credits to buy operation or elite boxes.

    Try going to https://login.live.com and when your password doesn't work follow the prompts to reset the password for the account. Then to be safe I would also Delete the account from your xbox and redownload
    it. Hope that helps.
