Discus and support i can`t purchasing digital games ..please help in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; from 2 weeks i can`t purchasing digital games from my consoles and from xbox site am tried on my xbox one and xbox 360 and xbox site but alwayes tell...     from 2 weeks i can`t purchasing digital games from my consoles and from xbox site

    am tried on my xbox one and xbox 360 and xbox site but alwayes tell me Try a different payment option?

    am tried my credit card and my brother credit card but never works

    Sorry to hear it. Which country do you live in and is your gamertag set to the same country? All billing info must match your region.

    You can check commerce.microsoft.com to see if there are any billing issues attached to your account. If you can't see anything there you should contact phone support for more assistance with this.
