    I bought a copy in the store, but, I can´t play online an my other friends can play online with se same game, i need help.

    I can' t play online

    I would suggest trying a power cycle. You can perform this by holding the power button for 10 seconds until the console turns off and then unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds. Once that is done plug it in and fire it up, hopefully that solves the problem.

    You would need either a 1 month,3 month or 12 month xbox live subscription.
