    Hello, I have a question. I have this problem since today. Yesterday was everything perfect. Whenever I open a game, I can not press anything with the controller and it says that Xbox Live probably has a problem. But I can press
    the controller when I am not in a game and Xbox Live has no problem. I hope you can help me. Greetings from Mario

    I can`t play games.

    Try clearing the cache and then reinstall the game bro.
    Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
    Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
    After trying this, reinstall the game.
    It may work for you :D.

    Network Connection Issue    , I would recommend following what the previous Ambassador suggested to do. Perform a

    Power Cycle     of the console after testing the network connection to make sure everything is connected as it should be. Are you receiving any specific error code or messages other than, "Xbox Live probably has a problem"? If you are please explain what they
