Discus and support I can redeem the game Alan Wake in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought a quantum break disc on ebay and there is an Alan Wake redeem code included in the box.     I can redeem the game Alan Wake


    I bought a quantum break disc on ebay and there is an Alan Wake redeem code included in the box. But I cant redeem the code no matter on web page, xbox, or mobile app. It always says "

    Something went wrong
    Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate."
    And show the error code:

    I am located in Australia and I do find Alan Wake in AU Xbox store.

    Still waiting for Alan Wake + add-ons promo codes, after redeeming code for Quantum Break

    I posted from the same account in which I redeemed the code. Redeemed codes don't seem to show up on account.microsoft.com. Certainly purchases from non-Microsoft retailers won't show up there.

    I bought the code after the game was released. The code was sold advertising that Alan Wake came with the game, and that Alan Wake codes would be sent later. The description made no mention of pre-order.
