I can redeem my digital code for my Xbox it says the code is redeemed

If I may ask, did you recently purchase the codes? Make sure that you didn’t already redeem the code yourself, under a different Microsoft account.

If you live in a household where others have access to your codes, check that it wasn’t redeemed by someone else.

Note: After a code has been redeemed to a Microsoft account, the content can’t be transferred to the correct account.

It might be possible that you have accidentally redeemed the codes on your other Microsoft accounts. To confirm this, kindly sign in to your other Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > then go to Payment and Billing > Order History.

If you're certain that the codes were not redeemed in all of your accounts, kindly contact the retailer where you purchased the Xbox gift card codes and request a replacement since they provided you with used codes.

Hello MuAbdul, If you have the 25-digit code to redeem, you can redeem it in the Xbox store where it says "Redeem a code," or sign in to the Xbox website with your account you created to play and redeem through the Website.

You have to redeem the 9 digit code at the Microsoft store by "purchasing" the $15 card and checkout using the code. You will then receive the 25 digit code in a separate email that can be redeemed on the console or on Xbox.com.

As AdyCarter says, your original email with the 9 digit code contained all the steps needed to redeem and receive the $15 credit.

To redeem a code on Xbox One say Xbox Use A Code. From there you can either have the kinect scan the code or type in the 25 digit code

I put the code on my microsoft acount to redeem it but when i put it on my xbox acount it says code has been redeemed and i redeemed that code so i need help
