    I can only hear my friends in xbox games (pc)


    On both human fall flat and sea of thieves, I have only been able to hear my friends talking, as opposed to hearing others in the game who are not Xbox friends. I have look through both games setting and cannot find anything that will fix this, so I am sure that it is outside the games themselves, especially as I have the problem on both games. I tried changing my privacy settings but I was sent to an Xbox support website telling me I am "probably" in an Xbox family group, but I don't think I have ever interacted with anything called this.

    Please help, this is driving me crazy.

    in this situation, you need to talk to someone from support, you can consult them on the live status page, in the online chat option, from 9 am to 9 pm.
