I can only connect to my account once in a blue moon

I am Having problems on my child account, not the parent one !

The thing goes like this :

-Attempt connection, from any platform or client (phone, laptop, minecraft launcher, browser)

-"Parent's/tutor's authorisation is necessary for this account

-Choose any button ("'I am a parent or tutor" OR "I am not a parent or tutor")

-connect to parent account to give approval

-tab pops up saying "It's done, you already gave you child the approval"

-restart loop

PS: The child account is somehow not in a family, even though it asks for parental consent,and I cannot add it back to the family,because i need to connect to the child account

My Hypothesis on this one is that:

Microsoft thinks i'm still in said family, even though I'm not, then asks for parental consent thus creating the loop

I am very, very sorry if it falls in the wrong section, because there is no category for general problems because I cannot access my Outlook,so I cannot connect to certain things like Github that sends an email

Do you have this child account email and password, right?
If you sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family/home, does it show that you are part of a family?

If not, do your parents have Microsoft Accounts so they can add you to a family and set the permission for you?

The Problem is I although I have the email & password, I cannot connect to the child account.

and from the parent account, I am not in the members list i any shape or form.

if I try to add myself as a member,it sends an email to my Outlook, that is blocked because of that peculiar bug

If not, do your parents have Microsoft Accounts so they can add you to a family and set the permission for you?

On the child account, you can't sign in to any Microsoft page on any device and application at all?

Hey, I contacted the xbox support and said they will Send me a mail in the next 24 hours, It's been 3 days since. I hope they answer me !

Edit : 6 **** days it's starting to get on my nerves

If you can't connect it in any way, I'd recommend you to contact Microsoft or Xbox support to see if they can help you with this situation.
