    I can not update my console


    Hello, I have a big problem with my console she refuses to start the update of the system, I try to turn it off, restart it but nothing sends me offline.

    The version of the OS is: 10.0.17134.4064

    (Rs4_release_xbox_dev_1806.180726-1758)

    How do I get "New Xbox One Experience"?

    My console doesn't find the 13.11.15 update. I do not find any update and still have a 6.xx firmware version. How can I get this update online? What can I do that my Xbox will find this update? Thanks

    Do you have your console connected by wireless or cable? And gives any error code when reboots?

    Yeah I've tried all that. As I said before, most of the common fixes require dashboard access. Which I don't have.

    We had some xbox service alerts around this time where a lot of things coming from our store was ineffective. Always check our

    Xbox live service status page.     Sometimes the issue is on our side, that suite is how you can tell if you need to t/s your system.
