    I can not top up the gold account


    Hello!!

    I have a problem with topping up my account using the scratch card i purchased.

    After entering the code, information appears: "Try again, something went wrong on our side"

    I enter this code on xbox one and on the PC and there is the same problem.

    I am short of buying xbox live gold soon.

    Please help!!!!

    Xbox dashboard says Gold has expired, but it hasn't

    Xbox dashboard is saying my Gold account has expired, but it is set to auto-renew in three weeks time.

    Games with Gold has banner on top saying "Join Gold £5.99 a month".

    Microsoft account says membership is still active, and I can play online. What's up?

    As stated, you can add extra Gold membership subscription time on top of your existing subscription; it will stack up to 36 months. If you'd like for another account to have Gold, then a separate membership is required.

    http://commerce.microsoft.com    . As long as it shows the new subscription you'll be finem For some people that message won't go away until the new sub starts.

    It is not possible to transfer memberships between accounts. I would suggest you click on My Account in the top right corner of the site and turn off your auto renewal that account will drop to a silver account when the membership runs out. Then what you
    can do is purchase a Xbox Live Gold Subscription for this account and upgrade it to gold.
