I can not sync to the cloud

Discus and support I can not sync to the cloud in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Edit: I had to log off entirely and log back on... I hate this.     I can not sync to the cloud


    Edit: I had to log off entirely and log back on... I hate this.

    When I load Forza 4 and Motorsports 7 a gray window pops up that says You are unable to sync to the cloud.

    This started to happen when I changed my e-mail address.

    When I go into settings it asks me to sign into gamepass(even though I'm already signed in.) When I sign in I get a gray box with an xbox logo that pops up and closes several times in a row until it looks like I'm signed in.

    Can`t sync cloud data

    either that or its something to do with the actual game saves in the cloud. the fact is that I CAN get the sync to work if I tether my iphone and use my 4g coverage to sync with the cloud.

    From all I can tell, I believe the problem is that my cloud data for Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is corrupted, and that's preventing me from syncing. Is there a way to erase my Cloud Copy, and then sync my local data back up to the cloud?

    Are you talking about manually syncing or cloud syncing? Because manually syncing works fine on my 920, but the cloud is horrid. Only about 10% of my library has shown up. Many of those artists are missing albums that I can stream if I search for them.

    The OP isn't trying to sync to the cloud as they have already done that. their question is whether the Cloud Save can become corrupted and so corrupts the console when the save syncs to it
