I can not start scorpio player that I bought.

How about the points. If you buy an xbox right now you get a ton of rewards points. What about the players that bought it at launch? I bought the x scorpio edition and didn't get anything for being a loyal customer. But if I'd have waited, I'd have got
a bunch of rewards points and a free game. The players that preordered and got one on day one are the reason the x was a success. We deserve the same rewards as the newcomers.

This is not isolated to the Scorpio editions either matter of fact I just bought a new X1X and it affects it as well

Project Scorpio Edition consoles are limited edition consoles. I've heard some reports that people get Scorpio editions as repair replacements, but I am sure that the repair centers have a limited supply of these consoles
to give out.

If you purchased your console from a retailer, it is best to get in contact with them and see if they can immediately exchange your console for another Scorpio one.

They said it will be a 1x. This is why, for Scorpio owners, they should have some sort of plan in place.

if ... knock on wood... something happened to my scorpio and i received a regular xbox one x back there would be HELL to pay. simple. fix mine or give me another of exactly what i bought or give me an option to receive a different special edition X maybe
one with a **** SSD drive or USB 3.1 gen 2 connectors. seriously though, i upgraded my xbox one Elite for a Scorpio with a regular hard drive and no option to even swap it out? why is hard drives still not a modular upgrade option at this point or SSD hybrid
drives standard? i would happily pay for a SSD option. it’s why i bought the scorpio, i wanted that’s little extra and i haven’t used. HHD in years... **** painful.

My Scorpio was replaced on the 20th of november for a new Scorpio (advance repair), this new one also freezes but goes to dashboard while the first one didnt that one frozes for like 5 to 10 seconds and resume gameplay.

A third one is underway and I told the helpdesk that I couldnt give a **** if they replace it for a scorpio or a normal version cause for me its about whats inside not what stands on the console itseld with other words that few green letters.

All I want is a working xbox and then I gives a rats ass if the words Scorpio stands on it.
