I do not have a Xbox one yet but I in order to solve your problem, I suggest you to refer to Google or any other search engine because they have much more information that you can refer to. Other then that, I hope you can solve your problem because it seems like a huge one and it could potentially help others that encounter the same problem.

If you are getting errors trying to register your Xbox on the website, I would recommend you try to contact
Xbox Support so that you can get connected to a support agent in your region so that possibly they can register the console for you using the serial number.
