    hi i'm trying to renew my xbox live gold subscription using credit that i have in my microsoft account but it won't let me renew without a credit card. can i use this credit to renew my subsciption or not? thanks.

    It looks like your not signed in as the subscription holder for this game. Sign in to Xbox live or renew the subscription in the xbox store (0X803f900a).

    I renewed my xbox live subscription last week, and still cannot play this game.

    I renewed my xbox live yesterday. Says I still need to renew it. I can check my subscriptions and it says that it has been renewed, but my console won't accept it for some reason.

    I resolved the problem by canceling and renewing my xbox live subscription and unplugging my xbox for 10 seconds.

    To stop auto renewal you can simply sign in online (on this website), select "My Account", and it will tell your current subscription to xbox live and give you the option to deactivate auto renewal.

    This is not possible. Not even support can put your Subscription on hold. If you have a pre-paid code on your account it will continue as active until it runs out.

    If you have a renewing subscription I would suggest turning off Autho Renewal -->
