I can not remove my credit card

Discus and support I can not remove my credit card in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I closed my credit card and when I enter to shop with my new credit card, I get an error and I can't remove my old credit card account. anyone help...     I closed my credit card and when I enter to shop with my new credit card, I get an error and I can't remove my old credit card account. anyone help pls ?

    why can't I remove my credit card from this account? I stopped the monthly bill, but it still will not remove my card. I no long give xbox permission to charge my account to this credit card. Is there a phone number of someone I can speak?

    Important question about xbox live memberships

    airmattdog... i dont think so.

    If i add a prepaid card, i believe i wont be able to remove the credit card. since the prepaid card will take priority, and the credit card membership will be delayed. and i have to remove the credit card asap...

    I may just wait until the credit card membership ends, too lazy to call xbox live support so they can remove the credit card. :p
