    Thank you . I do have a French billing address but it was not the preferred address (the preferred address was in UK or US) so i changed it to FR if it helps.

    Now that i changed my billing address , what will happen now ? Do i have to wait until next month or you can try to deposit now ?

    We cannot attempt a deposit into your account since you do not have a French Microsoft Billing Account. Since we can only deposit matching regional currencies, we cannot deposit EUR from your French Rewards Account into a non-EUR Billing Account. This is
    mentioned in the FAQ at:

    How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?



    In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
    you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

    As we said in your previous post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/CDA32377-42D4-419A-AE8D-AFBB55AC042F), your deposits cannot complete since your regional currencies
    do not match.

    This issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to
    match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date

    It depends on when they were pending. If they've been pending since before the 15th, they should be deposited tomorrow. Otherwise they would be scheduled for deposit in December. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

    I am one of the people who have to "update their billing information" but when I do it it still wont deposit. I have had this problem in the past and have had support force deposit my credits into my account which is what I am hoping will happen again.
    Apparently they can't do that any more. I've been trying to get this sorted for 18 months on and off, and receive nothing but the usual stock response (internal problem, other team blah blah blah) - I have 155,000 credits pending, so I wouldn't get your
    hopes up.
