I can not reach the pirate emporium on sea of thieves

To troubleshoot the console and see if this is related to the network, we recommend accessing Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Problem resolved with support of Sea of thieves we need to be connected with the same Account on the microsoft store AND xbox account

Yes i reinstalled all the game and i have the same issue, no pirate emporium for my principal account but only on other accounts
