I can not put an account as primary

Hi all,

I'm trying to put my live account on my primary account (IRLxxSHoot3rz) but it is already in-use on this account (TaughtNine85). Can somebody please just delete this account so I can put my live account with my primary account?

Sharing gold membership between accounts on xbone

As long as the primary account have xbox live gold all other accounts get xbox live as wellClick to expand...

How can you tell if an account is the primary account? I know these are total noob questions I've only had my xbone for like 2 months.

If you can play, just put your account as primary, it doesn't accept multiplayer

Are you talking about the primary family members password or the passcode you can put on a single account?

Were you using your Gmail address as the primary alias of a Microsoft account? If not, please explain what you mean by "linked." If you were, since your primary alias for the other account was removed and the hacker put in their own, there is nothing you can so. The account is gone. Sad news, I know, but it's the only answer anyone can give.

Yeah, that was one of first thing I tried, I saw a suggestion about removing her from my family plan and then going to her account and trying it again but then said it can't because only the primary account that created it her account can cancel it which
is the same as the family primary account which then made me wait five day to put her on the family account. But thank anyways.
