    This morning I could play perfectly but I had to disconnect and in the afternoon try to play it and tells me to log in with the account I buy it I do not understand

    Playing online games may have issues with its performance or stability depending on its cause. We need you to provide the following so we can isolate your case:

    • Are you Accessing Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare on a Windows 10 computer or an Xbox One console?
    • Do you have the digital version or the physical copy of the game?
    • Are you getting any error messages?
    • Are you signed in with the Microsoft account that was used to purchase the game?
    • Is this issue happening to other games as well?
