I can not play

    • Are you Accessing Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare on a Windows 10 computer or an Xbox One console?
    • Do you have the digital version or the physical copy of the game?
    • Are you getting any error messages?
    • Are you signed in with the Microsoft account that was used to purchase the game?
    • Is this issue happening to other games as well?

    I can not play

    I paid $ 60.00 in the game "Skyrim" and I can not play. I play and return to the home of xbox.

    I heard they were having trouble at one point with codes and purchasing stuff. You may have to try again later or contact them.

    In addition to 360 games on Xbox one they are bring original xbox games to Backward compatible list of game for the xbox one too.
